IT Services

The technology in your home, set up properly and looked after.

Help with sign-ins, computers, phones, printers, and Wi-Fi, and carefully installed security cameras that record to storage sized for them. One team, with the same discretion as our household staff.

Please note

Recording people can be regulated. You remain responsible for lawful camera placement and use; we explain what to consider during the survey.

Overview

How we approach it

Maidene IT handles the technology a household depends on: the router and Wi-Fi, the family computers and phones, the printer, and the cameras by the door. Every visit is scoped with you first and recorded afterwards, so you always know what was done.

Cameras are installed to record locally on a recorder in your home, so they keep recording if the internet drops. We size storage to your cameras and the retention you choose, test recording before we leave, and monitor it afterwards. You see camera health and request clips from your Maidene account.

Begin with a conversation about it services.

Tell us a little about your household. We will arrange a conversation, then send a written plan. Nothing begins until you agree.

Tell us as much or as little as you like: who lives in the home, what feels difficult at the moment, and what a good week would look like. We will ask a few practical questions, then take the time to think before we suggest anything.

  1. 01

Tell us about the household. A short request form, or a telephone call if you prefer.

  2. 02

A conversation, at your pace. By phone, by video, or at home, whichever suits.

  3. 03

A written plan to consider. Who, when, and at what cost, set out plainly. You are under no obligation.
