How it works

Six steps, and none of them rushed.

Every arrangement follows the same sequence, whether it is a single deep clean or long-term care. You will always know what happens next, and nothing begins until you have agreed to it in writing.

The journey

From first word to first review.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

You tell us, briefly, what you are looking for.

Use the booking form, call, or write to us. We ask only for what we need to arrange a conversation: the service, the area, a preferred time, and how to reach you.

Care enquiries never require medical details at this stage. Those conversations happen privately, later.

    You can expect

    • A personal reply, not an automated sequence
    • A proposed time for consultation

    We will ask for

    • A preferred contact method
    • A rough sense of timing
  2. 02

    Consultation

A considered conversation about the household and its needs.

A consultation takes place by phone, by video, or in person at the home. We ask about routines, priorities, access, and anything that should be handled with particular care.

For moves, this includes a survey of belongings. For care, it includes the person receiving care wherever possible.

    You can expect

    • Unhurried questions and plain answers
    • Honest advice, including when another provider would suit you better

    We will ask for

    • Time to walk through the home or the situation
    • The names of anyone else who should be involved
  3. 03

    Written plan

A clear proposal: scope, people, schedule, and cost.

Within an agreed time after consultation, you receive a written plan. It sets out the work, the schedule, the people we propose, and the price.

Nothing is booked until you have read it and agreed. If something is unclear, we revise it.

    You can expect

    • A plan you can read in five minutes
    • A firm quote, not an estimate that drifts

    We will ask for

    • Your questions, and any corrections
    • Your agreement before we begin
  4. 04

    Introduction

You meet the people who will be in your home.

Before the first visit, we introduce your cleaner, household staff member, caregiver, coordinator, or move-day lead. You know who is coming and when.

If an introduction does not feel right, tell us. We will arrange another.

    You can expect

    • Names and schedules in advance
    • A single point of contact at Maidene

    We will ask for

    • Access arrangements
    • Any house rules we should observe
  5. 05

    The work

Carried out as planned, quietly and precisely.

The work follows the plan. Each visit ends with a short note: what was done, anything we noticed, anything we need from you.

If the plan needs to change on the day, we ask first.

    You can expect

    • Punctuality, and notice if that is ever at risk
    • A visit note after each visit

    We will ask for

    • Feedback, especially when something is not right
  6. 06

    Review

We return to the plan with you and refine it.

Recurring arrangements are reviewed after the first month and regularly thereafter. One-off services close with a short follow-up.

Households change. The plan should change with them.

    You can expect

    • A scheduled review, not a survey link
    • Adjustments made promptly

    We will ask for

    • Honest feedback
    • Notice of changes in the household

The walkthrough

See a visit, start to finish.

A quiet hallway in morning light, the opening frame of the walkthrough.

The walkthrough film is in production. The transcript below describes what it will show.

A walkthrough of the process, from first call to first review.

When you are ready, we will listen first.

Tell us a little about your household. We will arrange a conversation, then send a written plan. Nothing begins until you agree.

Tell us as much or as little as you like: who lives in the home, what feels difficult at the moment, and what a good week would look like. We will ask a few practical questions, then take the time to think before we suggest anything.

  1. 01

Tell us about the household. A short request form, or a telephone call if you prefer.

  2. 02

A conversation, at your pace. By phone, by video, or at home, whichever suits.

  3. 03

A written plan to consider. Who, when, and at what cost, set out plainly. You are under no obligation.
